THE CF GOLFER PRE-SLEEP ROUTINE

  1. The CF Golfer has a set time that they get into bed daily. They do not miss this schedule. If they wake at 5AM they get into bed no later than 9.15PM.

  2. A CF Golfer finishes their last meal 2HRS before bed. This helps to improve sleep quality and recovery.

  3. They spend their last 30 minutes of each day on reflection of the day and last three things they did well. This puts them at ease and ready to sleep.

  4. The CF Golfer has a journal that they make a note of anything important for the following day to also ease the mind and know it is written down for the morning.

  5. The CF Golfer takes their magnesium 2HRS before sleep. This greatly improves the sleep quality and deep rem rest.

  6. The CF Golfer ensures that the clothes and equipment that is needed for the next day is ready, organised and sorted before they go to bed. Organisation is the key for winning the morning.
